Oura Ring Sleep is one of the pillars of good health and we've found the Oura ring to be helpful with sleep tracking and recovery. While many devices offer some basic sleep tracking, the data behind the HRV measurements with Oura are particularly high quality.
Vollebak These guys live for outdoor gear and for the extremes. Deserts, jungles, snow, water, and anything else outdoors that would be harsh for normal humans. The gear that they produce is very innovative, niche, and tells amazing stories.
Whoop Members of the Exclusivia team have been using Whoop for years. Today it's common to see them on professional golfers and athletes.
Whoop has the best data and analytics we've seen in a wearable. Most other wearables give you snapshots of your health, but Whoop allows a person to understand trends and history in their own bodies. They do charge a monthly fee for the membership, which is different then other health wearables. But this membership structure probably allows them to innovate and improve the way their data is presented to the customer. The emphasis on recovery and Heart Rate Variability is very important metric that is often overlooked in the health space.
CAR.O.L There is a lot of highly credible research developed around this AI powered stationary bike. The CAR.O.L. bike's ability to to use artificial intelligence allows the system to trigger certain metabolic pathways in the body that improve insulin resistance through High Intensity Interval Training in 40 seconds. This type of exercise used to only be available in research labs because it would take multiple people to adjust the resistance at exactly the right speed and time to get the desired effect. We've tested it and we found it, as well as the science and people behind it to be impressive.
