Adaptive Resistance Exercise (ARX )is a strength training system that uses a computer-controlled motor to provide adaptive resistance instead of weights.  This produces safer, more effective, and efficient strength training results in a fraction of the time.   The majority of ARX units are currently being operated by fitness studios and commercial gyms, however for individuals who want only the best for their home gym and value their time then the ARX training system is worth learning about.

What Are People Saying About ARX

  • This is a new way to look at strength and resistance training. Free weights could not replicate the amount of force that ARX delivers because free only exert force through gravity, which means you only use what you can lift back up. ARX adjusts automatically to the user, delivering maximum force both on the way down and the way up through the exercise. This avoids injury and helps a person get better results in less time.
